Yajaira has been practicing massage since 2006. She graduated from Bryman College in Ontario. Born in Mexico, she learned the value of hard work at an early age. She credits this to her affinity towards deep tissue and considers herself to be a deep tissue specialist. She likes utilizing deep tissue because she feels that it gives the most therapeutic value to her patient.
Yajaira was inspired to become a massage therapist after her first massage that she had. She felt the calling to help people feel better. She is trained in Pregnancy massage, Shiatsu, Sports, Hot Stones, Reflexology and Geriatric Massage. She believes that prevention is the best medicine and that everyone can benefit from a good massage.
Rachel Kennard is a licensed massage therapist; she graduated with honors from the Summit School of Massage in Colton, California, excelling in full body assessment and relaxation techniques. Rachel specializes in various types of massage methods with particular emphasis on Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial techniques. She uses a combination of these modalities to help improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and enhance relaxation.
Rachel develops a one of a kind bodywork session, working from the client's personal needs for a fulfilling and relaxing experience. She believes the relief of physical and mental stress is important in the healing process. Rachel is committed to helping her clients achieve mind/body awareness and elevated levels of well-being.
She enjoys core training such as Pilates, yoga, and the exercise ball, along with a healthy diet as her daily routines. She also encourages her clients to apply core exercises to relieve stress and increase overall muscle strength. Rachel also has extensive training in shiatsu (finger pressure along the meridians), reflexology, sports and pregnancy massage. As a salon owner, Rachel was inspired to pursue a career in massage therapy to incorporate the full bodywork experience for each client. She understands that her clients need to feel well in order to look well, and this is essential in the overall bodywork experience.
