"I first became interested in massage when I was 6. My uncle was a
quadrapaligic and I always liked to rub his back as he sat in his wheelchair
hoping to make him better. After being diagnosed with scoliosis at twelve
chronic back pain followed a short time later and I would get massages
for pain management. I knew right away that I wanted to be a part of helping
people feel relief whether it be from the pains of their body or the stress
of their life. I believe positive human touch is an absolute necessity
that many people are deprived of."
"Emotion always has its roots in the unconscious and manifests itself
in the body."
